3.2 Staff/Performer Accounts

Staff registration requires:

• Being at least 18 years of age (21 in certain jurisdictions)
• Valid government-issued identification
• Accurate personal information
• Consent to background verification when applicable

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

6. Staff/Performer Rights and Responsibilities

6.1 Rights

Staff members have the right to:

• Control their profile visibility
• Accept or decline venue invitations
• Leave venue teams at any time
• Request removal of inaccurate information
• Access their personal data

6.2 Responsibilities

Staff members must:

• Provide accurate identification information
• Maintain professional conduct
• Respect venue policies when on premises
• Keep registration codes confidential

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take privacy seriously. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit

8. Payment Terms

Venue owners may purchase subscription plans or credits. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe/PayPal).

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services. Credits expire after 12 months if unused.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by XOCHECK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-submitted content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.
